While in Sierra Leone, I supported children at a local orphanage and in the surrounding community by providing food, clothing, toys, and small financial assistance. I also visited farms in the Bombali District, where I provided funding to support local farmers and their work on the land.
This experience reaffirmed my belief that lasting impact begins with human connection. By combining practical support with compassion and presence, I remain committed to restoring dignity, hope, and opportunity in communities that are often overlooked.
Our Mission:
Pure Diyon is committed to empowering vulnerable communities by supporting agriculture that creates food, income, and long-term stability. Our model is simple: equip farmers with training, tools, and support; grow nutritious crops; and direct that impact toward children and families who need it most.
Why Bombali District:
Families in Bombali District rely heavily on small-scale farming, yet many farmers still lack access to land preparation, equipment, training, and reliable market opportunities. Women carry a large share of agricultural work but are often the least resourced.
Pure Diyon responds with an approach that links agriculture, nutrition, and community resilience in one practical project.
